    This project reviews and evaluates Gilbane Building Company\u27s close-out procedures for the Worcester Trial Courthouse. The methods and processes used by Gilbane to conduct close-out were examined. These methods include: Close-out matrices, Rolling Completion List, and Prolog. The project goals were accomplished in collaboration with accountants, engineers, and superintendents. As a result, improvements have been proposed to the Gilbane close-out system.
